The ring set takes inspiration from paintings, abstractly suggesting human forms. Each ring in the set is designed uniquely, resembling the Graces which are “sub-goddesses” in Greek and Roman mythology. These brought beauty, grace and festive joy to the gods and people. The three ladies were and are a particularly popular art motif. Te allegorical representation of spring from Botticelli (primavera in Italian) is one of the works that marked art history the most. After having been put under the spotlight by Botticelli and Raphael they became increasingly present. Whether it be in Picasso’s neoclassicism or Niki de Sant Phalle´s iconic sculptures, the Renaissance made the three goddesses a timeless symbol of beauty and grace. They are often depicted naked, hugging or touching each other. The middle ring in our set overlaps the outer ones, creating an impression of connection without sacrificing comfort and leaving space for breathability. Together all three form a tricolor ring. These mentioned paintings as well as our abstract representation with partially blurred body shapes prove that the idea of the beauty is dynamic and changes all the time. And that is where the paradox lies: the ideal of feminine beauty is not ONE ideal.

We define ring sizes in terms of the inner diameter of the ring and is measured in milimeters. Our standard sizes are 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 68 and 60, which you can find in the size guide.
